Privacy
This privacy policy describes the data The Legation Times collects when you subscribe to updates, how we store it and how you can ask for it to be deleted.
Data we collect
When you subscribe, we store your email address, the time of subscription and the IP address of the submission. The IP address is used to limit automated sign-ups, not to build a user profile.
Reading the site requires no registration and no information from you.
How it is used
Your email address is used only to send updates from The Legation Times. We do not sell, rent or transfer this list to third parties for marketing.
Retention and unsubscribing
Your address is kept until you unsubscribe. Every message carries an unsubscribe link; using it removes your address from the sending list. You can also request deletion by writing to [email protected].
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no tracking cookies for advertising. Should we later deploy an audience measurement tool, this policy will be updated before that tool goes live.
External links
Articles link to pages of regulators and external research organisations. The privacy policies of those sites fall outside this document.
