The Legation Times is opening thirty-six charter places in its Official Partner Directory: the Vietnamese register of licensed migration firms and approved developers behind investment-migration programmes anywhere in the world. A charter place carries three things — reach into Vietnam’s agent network, enquiries direct from Vietnamese investors, and the market data underneath both.
The proposition

The Legation Times covers investment migration, citizenship and cross-border capital for a Vietnamese readership of investors, family offices and private-client advisers, publishing in Vietnamese and English. We sell no migration services, take no referral commission, and represent no firm in this directory. A charter place buys access to this market, not representation in it.

Every listing carries a licence and a source link
A directory anyone can buy into is worth nothing to the firms inside it. Ours publishes the licensing authority, the type of authorisation, and a direct link to the authority’s own published source — with the date we last checked it.
HOW A LISTING GETS PUBLISHED
Admission criteria, published openly
A firm qualifies on any one of the following:
- an agent, marketing agent or master agent named on the agent list published by the programme authority;
- an entity named on the authority’s own designation list, such as an EB-5 regional center designated by USCIS;
- the developer of a project, or the manager of a fund, that appears on the programme’s approved list with a document naming the firm;
- a vehicle whose licence number resolves on the public register of the financial regulator that issued it;
- a due-diligence provider named on the programme authority’s list of approved providers;
- a company or law firm holding a formal authorisation, or named on the licensing body’s roll.

Read against the register the programme’s own authority publishes
A firm is checked against the register kept by the authority that runs the programme, wherever in the world that programme sits. Our source registry tracks 414 sources across 250 countries and territories and 105 named programmes, 347 of them published by governments and programme authorities. The ten below are the registers we read most often, not the limit of what we check.

Coverage runs well past the Caribbean: the European residence programmes in Portugal, Greece, Italy, Spain, Malta and Hungary; EB-5 and the Canadian provincial routes in North America; the Gulf and Asian residence programmes; and the Pacific citizenship programmes. Funds and EB-5 vehicles are checked against their own regulators instead — CMVM for Portuguese golden-visa funds, USCIS regional-center designation, and broker-dealer registration. Nothing is verified against a firm’s own website.

A project listing leads with the approval, not the brochure
Developers and fund managers get a listing of their own. It carries the same verification discipline as a firm profile: the programme the project qualifies under, the authority that approved it, and a link to that authority’s published list of approved projects.

Two things a project listing will not say
No guarantee of returns, and no guarantee as to the outcome of any immigration application. This applies to every listing, whatever the commercial arrangement.
Nor will it quote a processing time faster than the figure published by the programme’s own authority. Vietnamese investors are told those numbers constantly, and a directory that repeats them is worth nothing to the developers who do not.
Funds are handled the same way
A CMVM-licensed Portuguese fund, a USCIS-designated regional center or a registered broker-dealer is listed against its financial regulator, not against a programme authority. The verification block reads the same; only the register changes.

Charter terms
Thirty-six places, and the renewal rate in writing before you accept
36 of 36 charter places remain. The charter class closes on 31 October 2026, or when the thirty-sixth place is taken, whichever comes first.
The term
Twelve months from publication, at no cost. No placement fee, no commission arrangement, nothing owed during the term. The twelve months begin when your first content appears on thelegationtimes.com, not when you sign.
The renewal
Before the term ends we may offer an optional renewal for a second year at USD 10,500. The rate is stated in writing before you decide. Renewal requires your written acceptance — nothing converts automatically and nothing is invoiced without it.
The exit
Either side may end the arrangement on thirty days’ notice, without penalty, at any point.

Where the line sits
What a commercial relationship with us does not buy
Our directory is worth something to you only for as long as readers believe it. These boundaries are written into the Partner Agreement, not just into our marketing.
Held separate
- Commercial terms are agreed by one team; editorial decisions by another; verification status by a third, against published criteria and evidence.
- Verified status is not a paid benefit. Complimentary and paying partners are held to identical criteria.
- Sponsored content is labelled, and editorial control of it remains with us. We make no undertaking to report favourably.
- Enquiries go to the partner the reader chose, after consent. We do not retain them, resell them, or route them elsewhere.
- A listing may be removed if a licence lapses, a regulator acts, or supplied information proves false.
Never published, whoever asks
- Guaranteed returns, or guaranteed approval outcomes.
- Processing times faster than the figures published by the programme’s own authority.

Legal name, and the trading name you want displayed.
Logo — SVG preferred, or PNG on a transparent background, 512px or larger.
A 100–150 word profile in English. We publish a Vietnamese translation and send it to you for approval before it goes live.
Year founded, headquarters city and country, number of offices.
Licences and authorisations — authority, type, number, and the URL on the authority’s own site where each can be verified.
Programmes you handle — country, programme, investment threshold.

Developers and funds: project name, location, investment level, qualifying programme, government approval status, and three images.
One thing to know before you send
A listing cannot go live without at least one authorisation matched against its issuing authority’s published source. If your licences are held by a group entity rather than the trading name, send both — we will list the entity that actually holds the authorisation.
Where a register does not publish licence numbers — Grenada’s, for one — the verification link and the check date stand on their own.
