CiP Türkiye is a trading brand. According to the firm, legal and licensing matters are handled by Yüksel Law (Av. Murat Yüksel, Muğla Bar Association No. 493), with offices in Istanbul and Bodrum. CiP Türkiye brings together a group of companies that Aran Hawker co-founded with two partners when the Turkish citizenship by investment programme began in 2017: the law firm Yüksel Law, in practice for 32 years; a construction company with 25 years of activity; and the Turkish investment consultancy Hawker Ltd.

Aran Hawker, British by birth, moved to Türkiye 30 years ago after marrying a Turkish citizen. After living and doing business in the country for the required five years, Aran Hawker applied for Turkish citizenship, and has since worked with foreign investors entering the Turkish market, first on residence and, since 2017, on citizenship. On 19 May 2017, the Financial Times quoted Aran Hawker as "an agent and property developer in Istanbul".

Citizenship work covers eligibility review, route selection, source-of-funds documentation, valuation checks, the residence permit stage and the application itself, coordinated as a single file through to passport issuance. Alongside the real estate route, the firm assists with the other qualifying routes set by Turkish regulation, including bank deposits, government bonds, investment fund shares and fixed capital investment.

The firm also advises on Turkish tax residence, company formation, accounting, payroll and governance.
