OZM Consultancy (Kemal & Evren Özmen Müşavirlik) is an Istanbul accounting and tax practice led by two Turkish Certified Public Accountants, Evren Özmen (SMMM) and Kemal Özmen. Evren Özmen advises internationally mobile individuals, families and business owners on Turkish tax residence, the 20-year exemption for qualifying foreign-source income under Repeated Article 20/D of the Turkish Income Tax Law, pre-arrival tax planning and cross-border structures, including foreign companies whose owners become resident in Türkiye.

The practice also handles bookkeeping, statutory returns, payroll and tax compliance for companies operating in Türkiye, and advises cooperatives, a field led by Kemal Özmen, who has practised as a certified public accountant in Istanbul since 1980. Evren Özmen graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University and holds an MBA from Yeditepe University and a postgraduate degree in cooperatives law from Marmara University. The office is in Batı Ataşehir, Istanbul, and works in Turkish, English and German. On matters outside accounting and tax, Evren Özmen works with legal and immigration professionals; he does not present himself as a government-licensed investment migration agent.
