Kemal Özmen

About

Kemal Özmen graduated first in his class in finance and accounting from the Adana Faculty of Economics in 1973, worked as an assistant financial controller at Koç Holding from 1974 to 1979, and has practised as a certified public accountant in Istanbul since 1980. He advises cooperatives and organised industrial zones, serves as a court-appointed expert, is the author of "Açıklamalı – Uygulamalı – İçtihatlı Kooperatifler" (Seçkin Yayınevi), and represented TÜRMOB on the commission that drafted the model articles of association for housing cooperatives.
