Walker's Landing is a townhouse development at 108 Hickory Street in Warner Robins, a city in central Georgia about 100 miles south of Atlanta. According to Austplan Group, which offers the homes to international buyers, the development comprises 159 townhomes in 17 buildings. The developer is Wind & Water Homes.

Each home has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, with 1,081 sq ft (about 100 m²) of net living space and two parking spaces. Austplan says homes are delivered with appliances, curtains and flooring, but without furniture.

Construction is under way: by September 2026, streets, kerbs and underground utilities were complete, with foundation slabs next. Austplan says the buildings will be delivered in phases of three, the first around April 2027 and the last by the end of 2027.
