The programme uses the Naoero name on every page read, including its Spanish and French editions. The state instruments call the statute the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Act 2024, and a regulation requires the citizenship certificate to read Republic of Nauru.
The Interior Ministry's criteria for citizenship in the special interest of the Republic carry no euro figure at all, and state that mere flows of money are not sufficient.
